Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be confident partnering with Lead Generators LLC. This policy explains how refunds work for our lead-generation and marketing services.

2. Setup & Management Fees

Onboarding, funnel-build, and monthly management fees cover work our team performs (strategy, build, campaign management, optimization, and reporting). Once that work has begun for a given period, the corresponding fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) and is subject to those platforms' own policies. We do not control and cannot refund ad spend once it has been used.

4. Cancellation

Plans are month-to-month after any initial ramp period. You may cancel future billing by giving written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund work already performed.

5. Service Issues

If you believe we have failed to deliver services as agreed, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right — whether by additional work, a service credit, or, at our discretion, a partial refund of the affected management fee.
